No two budding entrepreneurs ever have exactly the same idea, that’s what makes them uniquely qualified to be entrepreneurs, however there are a lot of commonalities in the traits of a budding business star, and many times the same types of challenges arise on the way to the top. That’s why the professional change agents at Kinexus of Benton Harbor want to help smooth out the rough spots.

In order to better serve employers in Southwest Michigan, Team Kinexus is hosting a workshop to help businesses run better and grow faster. If you are a business owner or a leader of an entrepreneurial organization who wants to see your business be successful, David Bowman of Nexus Business Solutions will demonstrate how Entrepreneur Operating System (EOS) can help you and your team simplify, clarify and achieve your vision.

This business workshop hosted by Kinexus is slated for next Tuesday, February 21 from 8:30 to 10:30am at the Kinexus Training Center, located at 499 West Main Street in Benton Harbor.

Even the most successful entrepreneurs occasionally find running a business more challenging than they expected. Many work longer hours and get less return on their investment of time and money than they would like. Most entrepreneurs regularly grapple with one or more of the following challenges consisting of lack of control, employee engagement, or lack of resources needed to accomplish their goals.

If these problems seem all too familiar, you’re not alone. For over 25 years, David has been helping entrepreneurs and their leadership teams succeed.

David Ravitch of Ravitron, a Midwest leader in Voice and Data services said, “In just a few sessions David has helped our organization during a major ownership transformation be more focused, more accountable and healthier.  I’d recommend David and the EOS process to any entrepreneur that wants to grow their business.”

In this dynamic workshop, David will introduce you to the Six Key Components of successful businesses.  He’ll arm you with a set of simple, practical tools you and your leadership team can begin using right away to get better results.
