Donna M. Beebe, 88, of Coloma, passed away Monday, Sept. 4, 2017 at her residence.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at Duffield & Pastrick Family Funeral Home in Coloma. Visitation will begin at noon Friday, one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Coloma Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family in care of Richard Beebe.
Donna was born on Sept. 29, 1928 in Maple Valley Township, Michigan to Henry and Bessie (Hall) McLeod. She spent her entire secretarial career working for various schools, including North Branch, Metamora and Gladwin. Prior to her retirement, she spent her last 15 years at Benton Harbor High School. She was a member of the Bangor Free Methodist Church. After Donna retired, she and her husband Allen spent a year doing missionary work in Haiti. She was very compassionate about the Haiti children.
Donna is survived by three sons, Richard (Debb) Beebe and Roderick (Joyce) Beebe, both of Watervliet, and Robert (Becky) Beebe of Durand, Michigan; three daughters, Rachel (Byrd) Blanchard of Coloma, Rowena (Cyrus) AtLee of Chelsea, Michigan, and Roxana (Bill) Walter of Milton, Florida.; her sister Jean Curell of Mayville, Michigan; her brother Henry (Janet) McLeod of Silverwood, Michigan; 20 grandchildren and 33 great grandchildren with two more on the way.
Donna was preceded by her parents, her husband Allen in 1999, a sister Virginia Goodrich and grandsons Staff Sgt. Daniel Frazier and Dustin Kellogg.
