Belinda Foster, 62 of Caruthersville, MO, formerly of Benton Harbor departed this life July 18, 2018 at the Pemiscot Memorial Hospital, Caruthersville.
Belinda was born June 25, 1956 in Caruthersville, Missouri to the late Lawrence Heggler and Mattie Palmer. She graduated from high school and attended Lake Michigan College, Benton Harbor and Andrews University in Berrien Springs. Belinda enjoyed cooking, playing cards, going to the casino and living life to the fullest. In her earlier years, she was employed at IPC Print Services.
Belinda will be remembered in the hearts of her daughter, Laticia Palmer; sons, Derrick Palmer and Jerome Palmer, all of Benton Harbor; mother, Mattie Fields; sister, Stephanie McGee of Benton Harbor; brothers, Michael Palmer of Benton Harbor, Alphonso Fields of Detroit and Dewayne (Linda) Fields of Augusta, GA; a host of aunts, uncles, grand children, cousins, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Belinda was preceded in death by her father, Lawrence Heggler; sister, Cheryl Heggler; brother, Carl Palmer; paternal grandmother, Lula Mae Lee; maternal grandparents, J.P and Annie Lou Palmer; uncle, Marvin Palmer.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Family Funeral Home, Benton Harbor.
