Carol Lynn Shoemaker Gorske, 76, of Battle Creek, passed away on August 29, 2023.
Carol was born on March 6, 1947, to Jack & Betty (Ruff) Shoemaker in Benton Harbor. She graduated from St. Joseph High School, class of 1966. Carol worked as a factory worker for Heath Company before her retirement.
In Carol’s spare time, she enjoyed spending time with family and friends, she also sitting outside, she also enjoyed watching her cooking shows, and Judge Judy and Dable .
Carol is survived by her children, Teresa LaMott of Battle Creek and Joe Gorske of Galien; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and sisters, Kathy Ruff and Constance Arndt.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Starks & Menchinger Chapel, Saint Joseph.
