Latasha Latrice Washington was born March 28th,1986 in Benton Harbor, Michigan to Melissa A. Poole and Jimmy Lee Washington Jr.
She was a member of the Brotherhood of All Nations Church of God in Christ under the leadership of Bishop James E. Atterberry Sr.
Latasha was a factory worker who kept a busy schedule. She enjoyed helping others, and listening to music. She also loved being pampered, talking and video chatting with family and friends, and most of all spending valuable time with her children, grandson and significant other.
Latasha was called home to be with the Lord on February 28, 2024, in Stevensville, Michigan.
Latasha leaves four children, Willy Caldwell, Demond Caldwell, Deonta Caldwell, and Keshon Williams; her significant other, Keith Williams; her parents, Melissa Poole and Jimmy Washington Jr. (Timika Hamilton); one grandson, August Caldwell; five siblings Jimmy Washington III, Dontrey T. Washington, Bianca Poole, Kaliphe Poole, and Demetruis Washington; six aunts, Ethel (Clarence) Powell, Denise Washington, Shemika Mason, Teonnie Poole, Charlene Washington, Pearlie Washington; five uncles, Charles Poole, Nicholas Washington, Zachary Poole, Raymond Caldwell and Travis Poole; a special niece, Dalleisha Poole; God-daughter Lexi Bonds; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and in-laws.
Latasha was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Mary Francis Johnson and Jimmy Lee Washington Sr. and maternal grandparents, Rosemary Poole and Johnny Hooker, paternal great grandmother, Marie Washington and maternal great grandmother, Shirley Brand; her aunt Joyce Poole; her uncles, Rodney Poole and Frankie Johnson.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Robbins Brothers Funeral Home, Benton Harbor.
