Got old tires sitting around, taking up space in your garage?  Recycle those tires on Thursday, May 12 from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. and on Friday, May 13, from 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Berrien County Road Commission, located on the corner of Napier and Yore Ave. in Benton Township.  There is a recycling fee of $1/passenger tire, $2/passenger tire on the rim; $5/semi-truck tire, $10/oversize and loader tire.  This event is coordinated by the Berrien County Parks Department and is open to Berrien County residents only.  For more information, check out www.berriencounty.org/recycle, and click on “Tires”.
