Rudy Contreras Jr. 29 of South Haven, passed away Monday February 5, 2024 at Hanson Hospice in Stevensville surrounded by family. Born on May 19, 1994 in South Haven Michigan to Rudy Sr. and Maricela Contreras.
Rudy is survived by his children; Izaiah Raul Contreras, Anastazia Armandina Contreras, Neveah Nieves Imogene Contreras, his parents, Rudy Sr. and Maricela Contreras and siblings; Rogelio Contreras, Rolando Contreras, Reynaldo Contreras and Mireah Contreras.
Rudy was a football player and wrestler in High School. He was outgoing, never shy and made friends wherever he went. Rudy was always smiling and laughing, and was known for his big smile and dimple. He loved to eat and cook for his family and friends. He was a Spartan fan and a Lions Fan. Most importantly he was a good father to his children a good son and a good friend to all who knew him. He will be forever missed.
Visitation for Rudy will be on Tuesday, February 13, 2024 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Filbrandt Chapel, 1076, S. Bailey Ave, South Haven, Michigan 49090. A second visitation will be on Wednesday, February 14, 2024 from 11 a.m. until the time of the Funeral at 12 p.m. also at Filbrandt Chapel. Minister Mike Harris will officiate. Rudy will be laid to rest at Lakeview Cemetery.
