Halloween Disc Golf Fundraiser for Avaree Dobberstein

THIS IS A FUNDRAISER YOU DO NOT NEED TO PLAY DISC GOLF TO ATTEND OR WALK THE TRAILS! OUR GOAL IS FOR THIS TO BE A FAMILY FRIENDLY EVENT TO BRING AWARENESS TO BATTEN’S DISEASE AND SUPPORT AVAREE FOR HER MEDICAL NEEDS!

Fundraiser for Avaree Dobberstein (10yrs old) who has been diagnosed with Battens Disease CNL3. This Disc Golf Tournament & Haunted Trail has a new and unique course layout giving you all the thrills that you would normally hide and shreik from at the local haunted house. With 2 events scheduled: Singles Tournament starting at 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. and random doubles at dark 6:30- 12:01 a.m. You will find that every fairway, tee pad, and basket are decorated with animatronics and other spooky decorations guaranteed to give you many memories and scares to share with all your friends and family.

Format 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.

This will be a flex start event. Play will begin at 10 a.m. and every score card must be turned in by 5 p.m. registration ($30) includes one 18 hole round, but players may play as many rounds as they want and the lowest score of those rounds is the one that counts. each additional 18 hole round is $5 per player, and every score card must be turned in to the event coordinator by 5 p.m.

TIME: Players may start their rounds whenever they want between 10am and 5pm. However, it is up to the PLAYER to determine if they have time to finish before 5. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE FOR LATE CARDS.

ACE POOL: Ace pool will be paid out based on the number of aces throughout the day regardless of how many rounds are played. If there are no aces then there will not be a throw off and all proceeds will be donated to the fundraising cause.

MULLIGANS: Mulligans will be up for sale. 18 mulligans for $15.00, 1 mulligan per hole. Wear a costume and save $5! Costume has to be approved by event coordinators. Must purchase a new set of Mulligans per round played.

TROPHIES & RAFFLES: Winners must be present at the end of the tourney to claim their prizes or designate someone to collect them. Must be approved with event coordinators.

TIES: If there is a tie there will be a throw-off to the #11 basket in front of the green house. Players not present for the tie-breaker will be given the lower trophy in the tie.

PLAYERS PACKS: Player’s packs will include at least one Halloween Batten Awareness 2024 mini glow stamped disc. One of a kind bag tag. Limited to the first 50 players.

EVENT #2 Random Doubles Glow Round

This is when the course comes ALIVE!

Starts at 6:30 p.m. or after trophy & raffle presentation, goes until 18 holes are completed. Free play will proceed after until Midnight. Registration ($25), Cash Payout Prize. For cash payout 50% goes to operation of the trails. The remaining 50% will be paid out to the top 3 teams.

Save money if you enter both events, Registration will only be $50!
