On  Sunday, May 29th at 2:00 p.m. the Shoreline Garden Club is sponsoring a Dedication of a Blue Star Memorial Marker that honors all servicemen, past, present and future.  The American Legion Post 568 will be presenting the colors, the Chapel Choir will be singing a Armed Forces Medley,  and Don Alsbro, co-founder of Lest We Forget will be bringing a Military Tribute. We will also have our State Garden Club President speaking on the history of the Blue Star Memorial Markers and one of the local Blue Star Mothers will be unveiling the marker as well as placing a wreath.  It promises to be a moving and historical event.
