Ever want to learn the sport of disc golf? Then come to Lake Township on August 20th at 1pm for the most fun you can have with the sport. Don’t have discs? Not to worry, the $30 registration fee includes two discs, a shirt and a mini disc. The value of the pack certainly exceeds the entry fee. Then players will participate in a version of disc golf known as an “ace race” where all skill levels and ages can compete. It’s easy, fun and doesn’t cost a lot of money. Not only that, but this event will help support the sport of disc golf as all profits will go to disc golf related park improvements.
