Disney passes, high-end Whirlpool appliances, spa treatments, gym memberships, destination golf vacations, restaurant
dining, Chicago getaways, and a host of other items will be auctioned off to the highest bidder beginning the first weekend in February, as the Lakeshore Excellence Foundation (LEF) kicks-off its annual online auction benefiting Lakeshore Public Schools.
Bidding starts Saturday, February 1 at Noon, and runs through Saturday, February 8th at 9:00 p.m. Participants can log on to https://LEF2020.givesmart.com to see the list of items up for grabs, or visit: www.lefonline.org. This marks the fourth year the LEF has
held the event, which wouldn’t be possible without the amazing support of dozens of area businesses and individual donors.
Lakeshore Public Schools remain in the bottom 25% of state revenue per student. The Lakeshore Excellence Foundation works to close that funding gap by acquiring and distributing resources that support district programs and projects aimed at enhancing, enriching, or supplementing learning opportunities for students, staff and the community.
