The Twin City Players (TCP) presents Move Over, Mrs. Markham by Ray Cooney and John Chapman, April 21-May 14, 2017, directed by Bill Klein and sponsored by Boulevard Inn & Bistro.
To Sylvie it’s the “goose” that she learned from Alistair, but to Philip, Joanna Markham’s husband, it’s “a variety of geese,” and fifteen years of marriage is just about undone along with everything else in this wild zany free for all. Everything from Philip’s business deals with Bow Wow Books and Alistair’s near escape from Joanna’s chiding seduction to the naked G.P.O. girl and the specter of scandal is hilarious. A lot of bed hopping occurs as Sylvie winds up taking Alistair on “walkies” and the amazing Mrs. Markham gets her man her husband! It all takes place in an elegant top floor London flat.

Tickets will be $12-15. There is a $1 charge, per ticket, for all ticket sales. Group rates are also available. Flex Passes for the 2016-2017 season will go on sale later this summer. All seats are reserved. Reservations can be made online at twincityplayers.org or by calling the TCP box office at 269-429-0400. Performance times are 8 PM for Friday and Saturday evening performances. Sunday performances will now be held at 2 PM. All performances take place at the Twin City Players Playhouse located at 600 West Glenlord Road in St. Joseph.
